Our wooden bread knives are hand crafted from solid hardwood and built to last. Cuts all breads (hot from the oven or crusty loaves), cheese, vegetables and fruits, perfect cuts of smoked or cooked meats, bagels, etc.
These are also available in multiple hardwoods - Walnut, Canarywood, Bolivian Rosewood, and a custom multi color knife (walnut, cherry, and bloodwood (red color hardwood)). Each is available and labeled accordingly in pictures.

Total knife length is approximately 16.5 inches, width at widest point is approximately 3 inches.
Blades have a cutting length of 9 inches with an approximate cutting width of 1.5 inches. You can slice anything as thin as you'd like or a maximum thickness of approximately 1.5 inches.
Measurements are approximate as this is an entirely handmade item, so no two will be exactly alike.
All knives come with plastic ( reusable) blade cover.
No stains are used on any of our knives. All knives are coated food safe oil and all-natural wax after sanding. This gives them the perfect feel and seals the wood. I highly recommend my knives for cutting everything you cut in the kitchen (not just bread), but they are not meant for cutting raw meats or bones.
Always use with caution, handwash, and put the blade protector back on from the dull side after washing. Wipe down with any food-safe oil like mineral oil about once a month. Each comes with full care instructions.
